Seaside Park
The Seaside Park was one of the first waterfront parks in the United States, built in the early 1900s. Today the area sits on roughly 340 acres (140 ha) of land and includes several war monuments, sport fields and picnic areas. During the summer, the beach draws many visitors onto its sandy shores, as well as hosts several festivals and fireworks displays.
